The Northstar poly is lightweight and well designed to reduce cob bounce. We really like the auger design with it's depth, size, and slower speed. This is an excellent fit for our Lexion combine.

We are on our third Geringhoff Rota Disc. I like the way our stalks decompose and makes tillage easy even after the tallest stalks. On my last 8 row I ran 8500 acres through it with very little maintenance. It really helped to reduce corn bore problems on our farm.

The ROTA DISC head chops stalks when green or extremely dry in November. We run up to 9 mph the chopping still keeps up. The material is all sized the same. The auger runs very slow does not throw ears out. The header takes the same amount of power as my 1293 JD did.
